Fire Outbreak Affects Portion of Juaboso Market
A fire outbreak occurred at midnight today at a section of the Juaboso Market, destroying approximately ten shops and their contents.
The affected shops were stocked with various goods, including clothing, rubber products, soap, and curtains. The incident has resulted in significant losses for the traders involved.

The Acting District Coordinating Director, Mr. Godfred K.B. Banornumah, visited the scene to assess the extent of the damage. He expressed his sympathy to the affected traders and assured them that the Assembly would provide the necessary support to assist them in restoring their businesses.
He further emphasized the Assembly’s commitment to working closely with relevant agencies to determine the cause of the fire and to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Also present at the scene were the NADMO Director, the District Finance Officer (DFO), the Assistant Director I (AD I), the Works Department representative, the Procurement Officer, and the MIS Officer.
