Hon. Alexander Adu-Quist Meets Sweepers to Reinforce Sanitation Standards

This morning, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Juaboso, Hon. Alexander Adu-Quist, held an engagement session with sanitation workers (sweepers) within the township as part of ongoing efforts to improve environmental cleanliness.

During the interaction, the DCE emphasized the importance of dedication and consistency in maintaining sanitation standards across Juaboso. He noted that sanitation remains a top priority for his administration and encouraged the workers to strengthen their commitment to ensuring a clean and healthy environment for residents.

Hon. Adu-Quist explained that recent supervisory visits revealed the need for improved performance and accountability in some areas, stressing that enhanced diligence would significantly contribute to sustaining cleanliness within the township.

The engagement formed part of the Assembly’s broader strategy to reinforce environmental management and promote public health.

Also present at the meeting were the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Godfred K.B. Banornumah; the Human Resource Manager, Mrs. Christiana Boateng; and staff from the Environmental Department, who supported the discussion.
