Juaboso District Qualifies for 2024 DPAT IX, Secures GH₵10.39 Million Development Grant

The Juaboso District Assembly has successfully qualified for the 2024 District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT IX) after scoring 40%, surpassing the national average score of 36%.

As a result of this performance, the Assembly has been awarded a substantial development grant amounting to GH₵10,397,484.00 to support priority infrastructure and socio-economic projects within the district.

The DPAT assessment evaluates the performance of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) across the country based on key governance, financial management, planning, transparency, and service delivery indicators. By exceeding the national benchmark, the Juaboso District Assembly has demonstrated improved administrative efficiency, accountability, and compliance with national development standards.

The development grant is expected to accelerate critical projects in areas such as infrastructure, sanitation, education, health, and local economic development, thereby enhancing service delivery and improving the living standards of residents.

The achievement reflects the collective effort of the Assembly Members, management, and staff in strengthening institutional performance and ensuring responsible governance.
