Departmental Heads Outline Achievements, Challenges, and 2026 Priorities
The Juaboso District Assembly convened a Core Management Meeting on 12th January 2026 to deliberate on strategic measures aimed at enhancing institutional commitment and improving service delivery to the people of Juaboso District.
The meeting brought together all Heads of Department, under the leadership of the District Coordinating Director, to review departmental performance and outline clear targets for the year ahead.
As part of the session, each department was required to introduce its core mandate, present key achievements recorded in 2025, highlight operational challenges encountered, and outline measurable targets for 2026. The exercise was intended to promote accountability, strengthen inter-departmental coordination, and align departmental activities with the Assembly’s overall development objectives.
The District Coordinating Director emphasized the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and renewed commitment in advancing the Assembly’s mandate. He encouraged departmental heads to adopt innovative approaches to overcoming challenges and improving service delivery outcomes across the district.
The meeting forms part of the Assembly’s broader effort to reinforce performance management systems and ensure that public resources are utilized effectively for the benefit of residents.
