Juaboso Assembly Prioritizes Productivity and Service Delivery at Management Meeting
The Juaboso District Assembly held a Management Meeting on 15th April 2026 at the Office of the District Chief Executive, bringing together key officials to deliberate on strategies aimed at improving institutional performance and service delivery.
The meeting was attended by the District Chief Executive, Hon. Alexander Adu-Quist, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Godfred K.B. Banornumah, Heads of Departments, and staff of the Assembly.

Discussions focused on strengthening productivity, enhancing coordination among departments, and improving service delivery to the people of Juaboso.
As part of the meeting, the Management Information Systems (MIS) Unit presented an overview of the Assembly’s IT equipment inventory, highlighting existing gaps and the need for additional resources, including laptops and printers, to support staff in executing their duties effectively.
Following the presentation, management directed the MIS Unit to collaborate with the Procurement Unit to assess departmental needs, prioritize urgent requirements, and submit a detailed procurement plan for consideration.
The District Chief Executive also emphasized the need for professionalism and commitment among staff, cautioning against actions that may hinder the progress of the Assembly. He urged all personnel to demonstrate dedication and uphold high standards in their respective roles.

The Revenue Mobilization Team further presented plans for an upcoming revenue collection exercise, outlining participation strategies and expected outcomes aimed at strengthening the Assembly’s internally generated funds.
The meeting forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance institutional efficiency and ensure effective service delivery within the Juaboso District.
